When does billing start?
Not during the founder partner program. You're locked in at these rates once we go live — no surprise increases.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade any time; downgrade at the next billing cycle. Your world and data are never deleted.
Is there a free trial?
Founder partners get 60 days free. After that, Core pricing kicks in unless you upgrade.
What counts as a "venue"?
One physical location = one game world. A venue group with 3 taprooms = 3 worlds (Growth or Partner recommended).
Do I need to rebuild my website?
No. BrewVenture is an iframe — drop it into any page in minutes. We have a setup guide for common platforms.
What if I want features from a higher tier?
Contact us. We can often unlock individual capabilities for an add-on rate rather than forcing a full upgrade.
